Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company databases and CRM systems.
  • Process orders, returns, account updates, and other customer transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Meet established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
